| ** We use a secure 3rd party shopping cart. Once you hit "Add to Basket", the item is placed in your cart hosted by Mal's E-Commerce. They take your personal information on their secure server. This shopping cart service IS their business and they are constantly working with us to ensure the safety and security of your information. Once you have submitted your order, they notify us that an order has been placed. We then use a secure server to view your information....we personally process your credit card ourselves once we know that the items are in stock. |
| FORMS OF PAYMENT: |
| ** VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, PAYPAL, COD (US orders only), PRE-PAYMENT BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Schools may use Purchase Orders upon approval. If pre-paying by check, or money order, mail your payment with a copy of your order. Once we receive payment, and funds clear, we will send your order. | ORDERING FROM MORE THAN ONE OF OUR WEBSITES: |
| ** You can go to one site, put items in the shopping cart, then go to another of our sites and add more. When you are done shopping, you may go to checkout (from any of our sites), and pay for your entire order. If you hit "return to shopping", it will take you back to the last page that you were at...use your back button if you want to go back to other pages from there. |
| ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: |
| ** Please make sure to verify your order before you hit "submit". But, errors do happen...so, just email us and we can correct the mistake. Please make sure to do this right away, BEFORE we have shipped your order! |
| BACK ORDERS: |
| **If not all of the items are in stock, we will notify you to see if you want us to wait on the remainder of items before filling your order, or ship what we do have in stock. We only charge your card the amount of the shipping and the goods actually shipped. When we send the back order, we will charge your card at that time for those items and their shipping cost. |
| ALTERNATE CD/DVDs: |
| ** Do to the fast changing nature of the recording industry, at any given time, some of your CD selections may be out of stock. To expedite your order, please select alternatives in the "Special Request" section of the order form. If you want us to send what we do have, without waiting for the back order to come in, please instruct us, "No Back Orders, please" in the "Special Request" section of the order form. Otherwise, we will attempt to get the back ordered item ASAP and send everything together. |
| SHIPPING: |
| ** Shipping charges are actual shipping costs plus a small fee to cover insurance, packing materials, pick-up, and fuel surcharges.
If you live in the continental United States, select "Continental US". Most of these orders are sent UPS Ground.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. OR if you are shipping to a P.O. BOX, select "US Territories & P.O. Boxes" option.
Most of these orders are sent USPS. If you live in Canada, select the "Canada" option. Sometimes these orders are sent UPS, but mainly still USPS.
International: If you live in any other country, select the "Other International Orders" option. Most orders are sent International Air Parcel Post.
For all other methods such as 3rd party billing, express shipping, airfreight, or in-store pick-up, please email us for freight quotes and arrangements:

| ORDER TIME LINE: |
| ** Once we receive your order we will make sure that we have all items in stock. We will process your order, and ship the items within 10 days. Most orders ship in 2-3 days. |
| TRANSIT TIME LINE: |
| ** Once Shipped, orders sent UPS ground take 2 to 7 business days in transit. Orders sent through USPS usually take 7-10 days in transit. International orders generally take 7-14 days in transit. |
| TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: |
| ** Orders sent by UPS to the lower 48 states will have a tracking number emailed by UPS. You can track the packages at: www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html . Orders sent by USPS, usually DO NOT get a tracking number. This includes orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally. |
| RETURNS & DAMAGED CONTENTS: |
| ** If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may, at your shipping expense, return the item(s) within 7
days for exchange, or full refund (less shipping). Customer is responsible for freight charges in-bound and out-bound for all returns or exchanges due
to dislikes of sound, color, design, aesthetics, craftsmanship, misuse, or misunderstanding. If however, the product was miss-shipped, or determined by
us to be defective or damaged, you will be credited reasonable return freight charges. Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Keep all packaging and original boxes. Notify UPS immediately if a package is damaged to initiate a claim. UPS: (800-742-5877). For all other damage, please call us at: (503-288-6950). SKIN RETURNS: Please note that all skins may be returned or exchanged at customer's shipping expense ONLY if skin has NOT touched water and is in its original condition. We are UNABLE to take back skins that have been soaked, mounted, or cut...so please inspect them carefully!! CD/DVD RETURNS: We are only able to take back CDs/ DVDs if they are unopened. |
| ORDERING IN QUANTITIES: |
| **We have discount pricing on many items. You must use the quantity order button to receive discount. Don't use quantity buttons if you don't order minimum quantities. Your order will delayed while we re-calculate the cost using the regular pricing. |
| PURCHASE ORDERS: |
| ** Schools and institutions wishing to purchase items with purchase orders (POs) should place the order through the site as usual, and in the special request section, write "Purchase Order to follow".
