Where is the Oregon Big Beat?
Oregon Big Beat will take place at: Ambridge Event Center (a few blocks from where it was held last year...and north of the Convention Center between NE Wasco and NE Clackamas) 1333 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR 97232. | |

What Time is Load-In?
Load-in is from 10:30AM to 2:00 PM. Warm-up begins at 2:15PM with Brian Davis. Official downbeat for Big Beat is 2:45 PM. Performances with many great artists begin at 11:00 AM. Is There Parking? After unloading, there is plenty of free parking in the green parking lots (see map link above) and metered parking on the streets. Is it near MAX or the busline? Sunday Maxline information: from 9:15 AM - 10:45 PM, every 30+/- minutes On NE Holladay St. (1000 blk @ The Convention Center): Blue, Green & Red, west and eastbound. Westbound: Blue starting from Hillsboro via City Center, Green from PSU, Red from Beaverton. Eastbound: Blue starting from Gresham, Green from Clackamas, Red from Portland Int'l Airport. Sunday TriMet busline information: from 5 AM - midnight, every 20+/- minutes On MLK: #6, Zone 1, from Jantzen Beach to Lombard to Morrison. On NE Multnomah St. (between 2nd & 3rd Ave.): #8, 73, 70, 77, Zones 1 & 2, from Vancouver Way to Milwaukie to Troutdale. What about Food? We won't be selling any food...but lots of options are close to the Ambridge Event Center, including: Burgerville, Subway, Starbucks, and lots more within a few block's distance. |
