Paiste Sound Formula Cymbal. Seriously underrated and sounds incredible. Sound Formula cymbals are the second series made from Paiste’s Sound Alloy. Controllable, elegant, and musical Low, mid, and high frequencies all sit right where they should.
Fully handcrafted in Paiste’s Swiss factory with manual craftsmanship, including hand hammering and hand lathing. The result is a crisp, well-defined cymbal that can stay refined at lower volumes but open up full and powerful when you need it. We kind of think of these as the “A Customs” of Paiste. Clean, musical, and super versatile.
Especially suited for live playing and situations where you need projection without losing musicality.
